One person has filed and three others have picked up applications for the District 4 vacancy on the Lamesa City Council. Rob Parker submitted a completed application as a candidate this past week, City Secretary Betty Conde said on Friday. Applications are available in the city secretary’s office for anyone interested in representing District 4. The completed application is due back in her office no later than March 25.
