Lamesa ISD board members discussed construction in the school district and various other items at their meeting on Tuesday. Superintendent Jim Knight told the board that construction for the school’s baseball and softball fields is finished. Not only do the fields look nice, he said, but they include nets around them that prevent foul balls from flying into the parking lot.
