Like many businesses and other entities responding to the relaxing of procedures put in place during the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, local churches are taking a mixed approach regarding the possible resumption of in-person worship services and other activities.
A marriage license was issued here on April 14, 2020 to Rudolfo Sauseda Jr., age 39, and Elizabeth Frausto, 25.

Linda Gibson’s piano students all received a superior rating along with a medal and certificate for their recent performance at the “88 Keys Expo” piano festival.
Until further notice the lobby is closed. We are offering curbside meal service on the south side of the building starting at 11 a.m. for seniors 60 and over. We will continue delivering home delivered meals to our existing clients.
The Dawson County Public Library is giving away curated bundles of books every Tuesday and Thursday. The bundles are put together by request, with the age and favorite authors in mind. The library plans to continue giving away books until the COVID-19 outbreak is over and they can re-open to the public. LPR photo
