Menu Monday: Closed. Tuesday: Smoked sausage, baked beans, sauerkraut and dessert. Wednesday: Birthday luncheon, smothered pork chops, au gratin potatoes, blackeyed peas and dessert. Thursday: Chicken a la orange, stir fry vegetables, egg roll, garden salad and dessert. Friday: Fried catfish, macaroni and cheese, green beans with red peppers, creamy coleslaw and dessert.
