Second Baptist Church will hold its monthly ladies luncheon this coming Thursday, Oct. 17, from 12 noon to 1 p.m. All ladies are welcome to attend for lunch, fellowship and prizes. Two projects are planned in connection with the luncheon. Project one will consist of everyone bringing socks and soft candy for care homes and retirement centers. The second project will have Second Baptist Church partnering with the Methodist Church. Everyone will be donating Tide Detergent Pods to help Texas Boys and Girls Ranch in Lubbock. ...
