Preparations are underway for the Lamesa Community Player’s awards ceremony that will take place next Saturday, March 23, at 7 p.m. at K-Bob’s Steakhouse. All family, friends, and members of LCP are welcome to attend the “Dutch treat” casual affair. Terri Stahl, president of LCP, said they are welcome to come and that the organization loves their support. Preparations for the event “are going well,” Stahl said.
