Lamesa ISD honored its senior students who soon will graduate with a college-signing ceremony this past Wednesday.
Students who plan on entering the world of higher education signed letters of commitment, which stated that they would attend college and live healthy and productive lifestyles during their time there.
Out of the 126 seniors in this year’s graduating class at Lamesa High School, 111 are planning on going on to higher education, which makes up 88 percent of the students.
