Unless the COVID-19 situation forces a change, Klondike school officials plan to have only in-classroom instruction for all students this coming school year.
“We’re not going to have remote learning unless we have to shut down for a long time,” Klondike Superintendent Steve McLaren said.
At least that’s the plan as of early this past week.
McLaren said there is some discussion about the possibility of switching to remote learning for a day or two at a time when the school closes as the result of a student testing positive for COVID-19.
