First United Methodist Church in Lamesa has announced that an open house will be held next Sunday, April 14, from 1:30 to 3 p.m. The public is invited to attend the open house and view the new sanctuary building, which includes a nursery and offices. The second phase of a building project that initially got underway in 2013, the new sanctuary has been under construction since mid-April of last year.
