Free GED classes for women will start here Tuesday, Sept. 3rd. Registration for classes is underway. Applications are available at the Christian Women’s Job Corp (CWJC) building at 1013 N. 2nd Street. There is also a link on their Facebook page that can be emailed. Classes will follow the LISD school schedule. Classes will run from 8:30 a.m. to noon. There will also be free childcare available for the children of the ladies attending.
