Many people were looking forward to getting their hair cut or styled after barber shops and salons were shut down for weeks due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but a recent haircut for Priscilla Cuellar was extra special.
It was five years in coming, and was done for a special purpose.
During her daughter’s freshman year of high school, Cuellar made a decision to grow her hair out in order to make a donation to Locks of Love in honor of her grandmothers, one of whom passed away from cancer.
