Freddie Vargas witnessed first-hand his business, Lamesa Tire and Battery, getting “tagged” with graffiti on Thursday.
He had just closed up and walked across the street to get in his vehicle. It was then he noticed a dark vehicle passing slowly in front of the business on Dallas Ave.
He watched as it came back around and parked at the business. A woman and two children got out of the vehicle and, with chalk, starting writing and drawing on the sidewalk in front of the store.
