Registration is now open for children to participate this summer in the special full-day program now being offered by the Lamesa Boys and Girls Club. The club is scheduled to close this coming Wednesday, May 20, and will reopen for the summer program on June 1, according to Executive Director Tammy Wyatt. The program, instituted by the club in late March in response to COVID-10 restrictions, provides activities to a limited number of children from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. each weekday.
