There’s a lot of things you don’t learn in school. Since I’ve graduated from college, cooking, filing taxes, buying car insurance, and much, much more has challenged my abilities.
Should school teach you how to do these things? I don’t know, probably. When I look back on my education I view pretty much all of it as beneficial.
However, in day-today life, I rely on my cooking experience much more than I use what I learned in social studies. As great as it would be to learn everything you need to know in school, you just don’t have time.
