This week’s weekly golf scramble at the Lamesa Municipal Golf Course got cancelled due to the weather.“It was lightning like crazy out here. To me, it wasn’t worth the risk of even being out there,” Lamesa Municipal Golf Course Superintendent said.“They still ended up with like 30 playing out there after we called our’s off but not me.”The weekly golf scrambles are normally held every Wednesday evening at the city’s golf course.
