Virginia Nelson

    Graveside service for Virginia Nelson, 72, of Lamesa, will be held Monday, October 11, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at Hancock Cemetery with Pastor Dennis Adams officiating under the direction of Branon Funeral Home. 
    Visitation will be held Sunday, October 10, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Branon Funeral Home.
    Virginia passed away Saturday, October 2, 2021, in Lamesa. 
    She was born March 23,1949, in Lamesa, Texas to John Paul and Annie Bell (Sellers) Edgmon. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church for many years. 
    Virginia is survived by her son, Chris Edgmon and wife, Carrie of Southlake, TX; and four grandchildren, Cole, Jace, Cooper, and Carys. 
    She is preceded in death by her parents.
