Sandra Galindo

    A Catholic funeral mass  for Sandra Galindo, age 34, of Lamesa, Texas will be held Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church with Father Joseph Kurumbel, officiant. 
    Burial followed in the Dawson County Cemetery.
    Funeral arrangements were under the care and direction of Gonzales Funeral Home. 
    Viewing was scheduled on Sunday, August 4, 2019 and on Monday, August 5, 2019 at Gonzales Funeral Home with a Rosary prayer service starting at 7:00 p.m. at Gonzales Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday evening.
    Sandra passed away on Thursday, August 1, 2019 in Meadow, Texas. 
    She was born on March 20, 1985 in Lamesa.
    She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Manuel and Cleotilde Galindo; her maternal grandfather, Juan Solis; her uncle, Catarino Galindo; her aunts, Delia Galindo, and Esperanza Solis; her cousins, Jose Solis, Janetta Solis, and Eduardo Solis.
    Sandra worked for the Meadow ISD. She enjoyed spending time with her children, fishing, traveling, raising her and her children’s pet chickens, playing Bingo, and collecting anything Star Wars.
    Sandra is survived by her children, Cammi Lynn Torres, Riley Torres, and Colton Luke Torres, all of Lamesa; her parents, Humberto Galindo, Sr. and Maria Galindo of Lamesa; her brothers, Manuel Galindo of Lamesa, TX., Humberto Galindo, Jr. of Odessa, TX., Jorge Luis Galindo of Lamesa, Jaime Galindo of Lamesa, and Juan Galindo of Odessa, TX.; her grandmother, Esperanza Solis of Rio Grande, TX.; her nieces, Klarissa Ortiz, Alyssa Marie Galindo, Lillian Galindo, Elayna Marie Galindo, and Marielle Galindo; numerous relatives and friends.
