Ross Westbrook

    Mr. Ross Wells Westbrook, 84, of Gail,TX died on Monday, September 16, 2019 in Snyder.
     Services for Mr. Westbrook will be held on Friday, September 20, 2019 at 10:00 AM at 37th Street Church of Christ with Mr. Dale Huff and Mr. Darrell Chapell  officiating. 
    Internment will follow at Gail Cemetery. 
    Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
    Mr. Westbrook was born on May 28, 1935 in Lamesa, TX to R. W. (Johnnie) and Jaynie (Bassett) Westbrook. He married Peggy Creighton on August 9, 1954  in Lamesa, TX.  
    He loved horses, ranching and cattle, but he loved his family above all.  He was a member of the Church of Christ.
    He is survived by: wife - Peggy Westbrook, Gail, TX; 
one daughter - Dana Cooley and husband Ted, Snyder, TX; one son - Sid Westbrook, Gail, TX; two granddaughters - Erin Lowery and husband Caleb, Gail, TX, and Meghan Hicks and husband Shane, Bryan, TX; one  brother - Jimmie Westbrook, Cedar Creek Lake, TX
    He was preceded in death by: His parents and one sister, Ruth Ann LaBorde
    Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2019  from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
