Mike Flores

    Funeral services for Mike Flores, age 43, of Lamesa, TX will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 9, 2019 at Gonzales Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Geno Salazar officiating. 
    The burial committal will follow to the Dawson County Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Gonzales Funeral Home of Lamesa, TX.
    Viewing will be held on Friday, November 8, 2019 starting at 1:00 p.m., with an Inspirational Service at 7:00 p.m. at Gonzales Funeral Home Chapel.
    Mike passed away on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 in Midland, TX.  
    Mike was born on April 26, 1976 in Lamesa. TX.  Mike enjoyed playing Lottery tickets and casino slot machines. He had a passion for helping people out. He was a “Jack of all Trades”, and had a Heart of Gold. Mike will be dearly missed
    He was preceded in death his father, Dorotello, Flores, Sr.; his grandparents, Guadalupe and Maria Acosta, and Felipe and Louisa Flores.
    Mike is survived by his family, his son, Mathew Flores of Levelland, TX.; step-sons, Christian Rodriguez and Phoenix Rodriguez, both of Midland, TX.; his mother, Eloisa Flores of Lamesa, TX.; his brothers, Edward Garcia of Saint Paul, Minnesota, Dorotello Flores, Jr. and wife, Dorothy Flores, Ricardo Flores of Lamesa, TX., and Gabriel Flores and wife, Lisa Flores, all of Midland, TX.; ten grandchildren; his best friend, Macrina Machuca of Midland, TX.; several relatives and friends.
    Pallbearers: Nick Flores, Mark Garcia, Jr., Marcus Cardona, Zachary Flores, Christian Rodriguez, Javier Machuca.
