Mary Lentz

    Graveside Services for Mary Lentz, 92, of Lamesa will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, January 12, 2024, at Grace Lutheran Cemetery in Sparenberg with Brian Pinkerton officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Branon Funeral Home.
    Mary passed away on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, in Lamesa surrounded by her family. She was born on June 30, 1931, in Wilson, Texas to Charlie Rudolph Limmer and Amanda (Noack) Limmer. She married Victor Lentz on August 10, 1947, in Sparenberg. They were married for 64 years. She loved her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and family. She also loved spending time with her sister and best friend, Rose. Mary was a child of God and a great person to be around. Her favorite hobby was working in the yard with her lifelong companion Victor.
    Mary is survived by her children, Gary Lentz and wife Dixie of Seminole, Randy Lentz and wife Cindy of Lamesa; sister, Rose Kunkel of Lamesa; son in law, James Riewe of Kingsland; 12 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. Mary is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Victor Lentz; daughters, Brenda Pearson and husband Don and Vicki Riewe
