Lynn Grigg

    Funeral service for Lynn Grigg, 73, of Ackerly, will be held Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Ackerly Church of Christ with Brett Bell officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Branon Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Ackerly Cemetery.
    Lynn passed away Monday, August 19, 2024, in Ackerly, Tx.  She was born July 3, 1951, to David and Lattie (Light) Paul in Fort Worth, Texas. She married Mike Grigg on December 27, 1966, in Lamesa, Texas. They were married 57 years.
    Lynn was a member of the Ackerly Church of Christ and one of her greatest joys was singing in church. She was an instructor in the paramedic field and was a wonderful cook, a beautiful seamstress, and she loved to crochet.
    Lynn was the best wife in the world and will be greatly missed by her family, friends and all who knew her.
    Lynn is survived by her husband Mike Grigg of Lamesa; daughters, Brandi Dunn and husband Mitchell of Weatherford, and Tabitha Worley and husband Coy of Big Spring; grandchildren, Matthew, Tori, Morgan, Brayden, Micah, Kristen, and Jonathan; great grandchildren, Layton, Landon, and Weston; sister, Evelyn Crumley of Lamesa, and brother, David Paul of Lamesa.
    She is preceded in death by her parents, David and Lattie Paul; sister, Pamela Paul; brother, Delbert Paul, and grandson, Mikey Williams.
    Honoring Lynn as pallbearers are her grandsons, Brayden Worley, and Matthew Williams; nephews, Steven Grigg, and Bill Grigg; and sons-in-laws, Coy Worley, and Mitchell Dunn.
