Lynda Borella

    Funeral service for Lynda Jo Borella, 68, of Lamesa will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 17, 2020 at Second Baptist Church with Pastor Dennis Adams and Pastor Tobey Clements officiating. 
    Interment will follow at Dawson County Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Branon Funeral Home. 
    Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 16, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Branon Funeral Home.  Face masks and social distancing are required at all times.
    Lynda passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2020 in Lamesa, TX. 
    She was born on September 15, 1952 in Houston, TX. to Charles and Billie (Rhoades) Yarbrough. She married Robert Borella on November 11, 1972 in El Paso, TX., they were married for 48 years.
    She was a member of the Second Baptist Church, enjoyed traveling with Robert and loved all animals. She will be missed by her family and friends.
    She is survived by her husband Robert Borella of Lamesa, TX.; son, Wesley Borella and wife Lillian of Lamesa, TX.; granddaughter, Madison Lynch and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. 
    She is preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Barbara Paulk.
