Jennifer Straley Martinez

    Services for Jennifer Lynn Straley Martinez, 42, of Lubbock will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 9, 2019 at First Baptist Church in Welch with Ben Phipps officiating.
    Cremation is being handled by Agape Funeral Chapel of Lubbock.
    Martinez died Sunday, Oct. 27, 2019 in Lamesa.
    She was born Feb. 11, 1977 in Lansing, MI.  She married Jesus Martinez on Feb. 11, 2001 in New Braunfels, TX.  They later divorced.  
    She was a graduate of Dawson ISD and Kaplan College.
    Survivors include a daughter, Angelina Lynn Straley of Welch; a sister, Debbie Clay of Arlington; two brothers, Albert Straley and wife, Becky, of Welch, and Donald Straley and wife, Lorie, of Henderson, TX; her parents, Carroll and Wanda Straley of Welch; and her boyfriend, San Juan Vargas.
    She was preceded in death by a stillborn son.
