Jadyn Boyd
The celebration of life service for Jadyn Taylor Boyd, 18, of Lamesa, Texas will be held Saturday, December 17, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at the Klondike High School Cougar Gym with Mike Wilcox officiating. Burial will follow to Hancock Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of Branon Funeral Home. Viewing will be from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, December 16, 2022 at Branon Funeral Home.
Jadyn was born on January 6, 2004 to Andy & Morgan Boyd in San Angelo, Texas. She went to see the Lord on December 14, 2022.
She was raised in Lamesa, Texas her whole incredible life by her family and many other friends and loved ones. She was educated and nurtured at Klondike ISD and was a proud graduate of the Class of 2022. Jadyn attended West Texas A&M in Canyon, Texas this fall and made some of the best friends she said she has ever had.
While growing up, Jadyn was a natural in everything she did and touched. Her love for her parents, brother, family, and friends was fierce. Her talents were vibrant and shined among anyone who she met. Jadyn’s sunny disposition and natural beauty would light up every room she entered. Her giving heart and faith in God was present and strong through the easy and hard times in her young life.
While in school, she participated in FFA, stock shows with her pigs & steers, volleyball, and countless other activities that made her group of people humongous. The empathy she had for any animal and child showed just how much she cared for every life on this earth.
God blessed Jadyn with a smile that could shine through any darkness. Her attitude and personality was always uplifting, kind, and generous. She competed and won many prestigious awards and was humbled by any opportunity she was given. Jadyn’s impact on others is leaving behind a legacy that will be strived for by many.
Jadyn is survived by her dad and mom, Andy & Morgan Boyd of Lamesa; brother Kash Boyd; grandparents, Brad & Jan Boyd, Ross & Tondi Jeter; aunt Julie Boyd; uncle and aunt, Joe & Rusti Barnett; uncle and aunt Seth & Mandy Jeter. As well as countless other cousins and friends.
She is preceded in death by her best friend and soulmate, Conlin Small. What a reunion that is in Heaven!
