Jack Kelley

    Funeral service for Jackie Wayne “Jack” Kelley, 84, of Lamesa will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday June 19, 2021at Lamesa Church of Christ with Pastor Mark Hackett officiating. Interment will follow at Dawson County Cemetery. 
    Arrangements are under the direction of Branon Funeral Home. 
    Visitation will be held Friday, June 18, 2021 from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM at Branon Funeral Home.
    Jack passed away Wednesday, June 9, 2021 in O’Donnell, Texas.  
    He was born April 14,1937 in Welch, TX to Oscar and Alice (Bingham) Kelley. He married Donnie Addison on June 17,1955 in Lamesa, TX. They were married for 59 years. Donnie passed away in 2014.  He then married Nancy Billingsley on July 2, 2016.
    Jack was an avid sports fan who never missed a football, baseball or basketball game. He loved working in his greenhouse and could fix anything on a car or truck since he was just a teenager.
    Jack is survived by his wife Nancy of Lubbock, TX.; son, Rocky Kelley of Odessa, TX.; daughter, Brandi Brooks and husband Scott of Borden County, TX.; brother, Jerry Kelley and wife Pat of Las Cruces, N.M.; sister Marie Kidd of Bridgeport, TX.; five grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
    Jack was preceded in death by his parents; sons, Randy Kelley, and Dusty Kelley; brother, Lenard Kelley; sisters, Peggy Blair, Sue Noel and Patsy Hinkle; grandchildren, Heather and Taran and great-grandchild, Brooke.
