Ethel Temple

    Memorial services for Ethel Mae Temple will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home in Lubbock with Daniel Stephens officiating on December 8, 2022 at 10:00 am with a graveside service at 3:00 pm at Johnson’s Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens in San Angelo, Texas. 
    Ethel passed away on December 3, 2022 at the age of 90 years in Lubbock, Texas.
    Ethel was born September 29, 1932 in Post, Texas to William Elzie Williams and Maysel Jackson Williams. She graduated High School from Post High School and attended Hardin Simmons University. She married Jack Temple on July 12, 1952 in Lamesa, Texas. They were married for 57 years before he passed away in 2009. 
    She is preceded in death by her son, David Temple (2001), her beloved husband Jack (2009) and her twin sister Bonnie Bates (2021).
    Ethel is survived by her daughter Kim Temple of Lubbock, her grandchildren Kayla Stephens and husband Daniel Stephens of Midland, Kera Eady and Kristin Eady of Lubbock and her great-grandchildren Jonah, Jude, Kampbell & Anna Stephens of Midland, Texas.
