Elias Dominguez

    A Catholic funeral mass will be celebrated for Elias Mauricio Dominguez age 66 of Lamesa, TX., at 10:00 a.m., on Friday, October 27, 2023, at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church with Fr. Chacko Thadathil officiating. Burial committal will follow to the Dawson County Cemetery.         Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Gonzales Funeral Home.         The viewing will be held on Thursday, October 26, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. Rosary prayer service at Gonzales Funeral Home Chapel. 
    Elias passed away on Saturday, October 21, 2023, in Lamesa, TX. He was born on August 23, 1957, in El Sauz, Chihuahua, Mexico. 
    Elias was preceded in death by parents, Victor and Francisca Trujillo; his brothers, Viviano Dominguez, Victor Dominguez, Carlos Dominguez, Alfredo Dominguez. 
    Elias was a farmer for 40 years. In his spare time, he enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He also enjoyed watching football and riding his bicycle. 
    Elias is survived by his family, his son, Freddie Segovia and wife, Debbie Segovia of Lamesa, TX.; his daughters, Angelia Salazar and husband, Joseph Salazar, and Corina Domiguez, all of Lamesa, TX.; his brothers, Ricardo Dominguez, and Jorge Arturo Dominguez, both of El Sauz, Chihuahua, Mexico; his sister, Elsa Patricia Dominguez of El Sauz, Chihuahua, Mexico; 15 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; numerous relatives and friends.
