David Wayne Gary

    Funeral service for David Wayne Gary, 66, of Wolfforth will be held Thursday, August 8, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Crestview Baptist Church with Pastor Keith Clower officiating, assisted by Mark Gary.  Interment will follow to Dawson County Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of Branon Funeral Home. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Branon Funeral Home.
    David passed away Sunday, August 4, 2024, in Wolfforth, Texas. He was born May 22, 1958, in Levelland, Texas to Alvin and Juanita (Wilson) Gary. He married Pam Miller August 28, 1976.
David loved Jesus and being a Dad and best friend. He loved to sing and was an amazing artist. David was always the life of the party with a big sense of humor, and he also enjoyed going fishing and camping. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends and all who knew him.
    He is survived by his daughter, Tiffany Ekberg of Welch and her children, Jake and wife Jillian Ekberg;  Dylan Gary, and Braylie Gary; son, Heath Gary and fiancé Gabbie of Slaton and their children Bryson Gary, Brenin Gary, and Lillian Phillips; and son and daughter-in-law Trenton and Leah Gary and their children, Alison McClanahan, Cael Gary, Caedmon Gary, Cace Gary and Anna Gary; great-grandchildren, Vera Ekberg and Lincoln Ekberg; sisters, Pamela Brown, Paula Moll, and Sallie McKenzie; brothers, Stephen Gary, Mark Gary, and Paul Gary; and many nieces and nephews.
    David was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin and Juanita Gary; wife Pam Gary; grandson Cade Gary; sister, Peggy Horner and son-in-law Peter Ekberg.
