    Graveside services for Dannie (Dan) Michael Seely, age 84, of Lamesa, TX., will be held at 10:00 a.m. on
Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at the Dawson County Cemetery with Mark Hackett, minister of the Lamesa Church of Christ, officiating. Funeral arrangements are under the trusted care and direction of Gonzales Funeral Home.
    Dan passed away peacefully at his home in Lamesa, TX. on Saturday, December 9, 2023. He was born on
December 10, 1938, in Lubbock, TX. Dan married Judy Ann Vines on October 6,1961 in Lamesa, TX.
    Dan was preceded in death by his son, Brett Seely; his mother, Fern Seely and his father, Price Seely; and siblings, Tommy Seely, and Sonny Seely.
    Dan was a longtime resident of Lamesa, TX., and a member of the Lamesa Church of Christ.
    Dan is survived by his wife, Judy Seely of Lamesa, TX.; his daughter, Breann Hays of Lubbock, TX.; his son, Bryant Seely (Charles Boyle) of Dallas, TX.; his grandchildren, Trey Seely (Taylor) of Lamesa, TX., Somer Seely, Lane Luna (Hannah), Hanna Luna, and Hallie Luna, all of Lubbock, TX.; his great-grandchildren, Talyn Seely of Lamesa, TX., Kamryn Thetford, Wyatt Thetford, Braelyn Luna, and Brexton Luna, all of Lubbock, TX.; and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
