Dafhny Smith

    Chapel funeral services for Dafhny Smith, age 35, of Ralls, TX will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday August 29, 2020 at Gonzales Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Ed Mayberry officiating. Interment  will follow to the Dawson County Cemetery. 
    Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Gonzales Funeral Home.
    Dafhny passed away on Wednesday August 26, 2020 in Lubbock, TX. 
    She was born on July 10, 1985 in Altas, Oklahoma. Dafhny was a high school graduate of Lee High School. She was a member of the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Midland, TX. 
    Dafhny was preceded in death by her mother, Charlotte Smith and her father Demitrus Cotton; her grandmother, Ida Smith, and her grandfather, Don Smith.
    Those left to cherish her memory are her children, her daughter, Kaylynn Jackson, and her son, Quincy Jackson, Jr., both of Midland, TX.; brother, George Ingram of Midland, TX.; her aunt, Mable Blake of Midland, TX.; he uncles, Donald Smith of Lubbock, TX., and Dennis Smith of Lamesa, TX.; a host of other relatives and friends.
