Charlton Jacob ‘Jake’ Loftin

     Funeral services for Charlton Jacob “Jake” Loftin, 33, of Sundown will be at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 4, 2020, at Living Water Fellowship in Whiteface. 
    Interment will follow in the Sundown Cemetery under the direction of Krestridge Funeral Home..
    Loftin died Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2019.
    He was born July 8, 1986 in Lamesa to parents Gene and Susan (Halfmann) Loftin.  Jake graduated from Lamesa High School in 2004.  A mechanic by trade, Jake enjoyed working with his hands.
    Jake was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Pearl Loftin and Marvin and Melva Jones.
    Survivors include his parents, Gene and Susan Loftin of Sundown; daughters, Ariel Star and Kaydence Belle Loftin of Sundown; sisters, April Loftin of Sundown and Stacia Coleman of Ruidoso, NM; and maternal grandparents, David and Shirley Halfmann of Robert Lee.
