Bobby Norris Sims

    Bobby Norris Sims, 74, of Lamesa passed away on January 9, 2024.
    Bobby was born in Lamesa, TX to Johnny Lee and Queen Ester Canady Sims on August 6, 1949.
    He attended Blackshear and Lamesa High School. After graduation, Bobby entered the US Air Force. 
Bobby was a busy, hardworking man and a very active member of his church, St. John Baptist. He will be deeply missed by his loved ones and friends. 
    Bobby was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, James and Ross, and one sister Georgia.
    He is survived by his daughters Latoya Jenkins, Bianca A Penson, Chelsea White and son Bobby; sister Wanda; two grandchildren Tinitee and Bruce; nieces, nephews and many friends. 
    Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm Saturday, January 20, 2004 at St John Baptist Church, 108 SE 10th St, Lamesa.
