The Dawson County Public Library is scheduling a month of Christmas activities for the kiddies, teens and adults alike throughout December.The library actually begins the Christmas season with an Open House Monday.This year’s Open House theme, “Christmas Fiesta,” starts at 4:30 p.m. and runs until 6:30 p.m.Youngsters can visit with Santa Claus. There will be art projects and snacks.After the library’s Open House ends is when the annual Lighted Christmas Parade begins.The parade, hosted by the Lamesa Area Chamber of Commerce, begins at 6 p.m. with a line up of entries near City Hall.
