Young basketball players have until Thursday to join the Lamesa Boys and Girls Club basketball league.The league is open to players in five school grade levels: pre-kindergarten and kindergarten; first and second graders; third and fourth graders; and fifth and sixth graders.The registration fee for the six to eight week season is $35.Games begin in November.All proceeds from registration fees, gate fees and concession stand sales go back into the non-profit organization’s operating budget.Raider Pump and Supply is sponsoring the basketball program.For more information, contact club director Claudia Morales at 806-332-0968.
