Local students and school staff will have an extended weekend and it’s all thanks to Fall Break.There’s no school Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday for Lamesa students.Teachers and staff will return to work Wednesday as it is a professional development day.During the Fall Break, there will not be any Afterschool Centers on Eduation (ACE) for North Elementary School.ACE will resume on Thursday.ACE provides tutoring, academics and activities for students enrolled within the Lamesa school district.
