West Texas Opportunities, Inc. (WTO) serves as the grantee for the Lamesa Head Start and Early Head Start program. What many don’t know is that WTO also oversees five other programs located in Andrews, Crane, McCamey, Seminole, and Stanton.WTO Head Start began in the mid-1960’s, growing into what it is today. We serve a total of 383 Head Start and Early Head Start children and families in these six counties and employ 90 staff members, providing high-quality, comprehensive services.This includes home-based services for infants and pregnant moms in Lamesa and Stanton.
