A two vehicle accident early Wednesday morning left one dead and one injured.Matilde Antonio Herrera-Gutierrez, 34, of Midland was pronounced dead at the scene by Justice of the Peace Larry Duyck.Another man, Matthew Christy, 45, of Lamesa was listed in serious condition and transported to the University Medical Center in Lubbock.The accident occurred at 6:45 a.m. on State Hwy. 137 and FM 828 in Dawson County, according to a report issued by the Texas Department of Public Safety.In the preliminary report, Christy, driving a 2009 Kenworth with a trailer, was traveling southbound on SH 137.Herrera-Gutierrez, driving a 2017 Ford F-350,
