Lamesa school board members are conducting two meetings an hour a part Thursday in the district’s Central Office board room at 212 N. Houston Ave.Their first meeting, starting at 5 p.m., will focus on the 2024-2025 budget.Chief Financial Officer Ron McBee will present the board with a quick update on the funding template and payroll, a review of the proposed budget and a proposed tax rate for maintainance and operations.The board will go into their regular meeting at 6 p.m.At that meeting, they will discuss and vote on the adult meal prices for the 2024-2025 school year.
