Dawson County commissioners decided Tuesday to give the roads director the option to decide which remaining county roads to do repairs.It seems there’s still a little left over from grant dollars to take care of a few more roadways.Road Director Raymond Hernandez reported to commissioners that there’s only enough funding for about 4.5 miles of roads.They decided to give him the go-ahead to pick which roadways to do.“He knows where they are and where it’s needed,” said County Judge Foy O’Brien.County road workers already completed work on 14 miles of county roads.
