Lamesa city council members picked a Hobbs, New Mexico company Tuesday to work on a municipal sewer line project.The company, Entrench, beat out six other contenders for construction phase services for the relocation and up sizing of a 15-inch main located on the new Oncor facility.Entrench supplied the lowest bid at $1,318,135.J&H Services of Albuquerque, New Mexico supplied a $1,717,195 bid.
