This June, I led a 2-day Strategic Planning Committee activity for Lamesa ISD.This involved getting stakeholders from the district and across the community to come together to collaborate and dive into the specifics of what we can do better at Lamesa ISD to serve our students, sta and community in the most impactful way.I wish I could list who all was involved because they all gave up their time to come together and contribute, but there were over 35 people and I do not want to accidentally leave someone out.
