After Steven Hatchett was sworn into office Tuesday to serve another term on the Dawson County Hospital District’s board, there was only one thing to do: decide among them will serve a year as board officers.It happens after every election. The board decides on which of their five members will serve as the president, vice-president and secretary.In an unanimous vote, the board decided to stick with the same officers.“Let’s keep the officers we have because they are doing an excellent job,” said Precinct 3 board member Mike Johnson.David Sanderson was reappointed for the third consecutive time as the board’s president.
