Dawson County Hospital District board members Tuesday held off on the possibility of granting homeowners additional tax exemptions on their property taxes.They had more questions than answers about how the exemptions, based off a set percentage approved by the board, affects the district’s 2024 budget and how it is actually implemented.They have until Monday to vote on granting additional tax exemptions.
