Seven candidates seeking a city council seat and two school board positions in the May 4 elections addressed potential voters Wednesday during a candidates’ forum sponsored by the Lamesa Area Chamber of Commerce at the Forrest Park Community Center.The forum, attended by 50-60 residents, comes just days before the start of the early voting period for next month’s election.
