Pre-registration for the 9th annual Springtime Shine Car Show and Cruise ends Friday.To get on the April 5-6 show, owners of classic and vintage cars can either sign up early or register on the day of the event.The show reves up April 5 with a cruise along 4th Street. Vehicles can line up or just show up at 6 p.m., April 5 near the Dairy Queen.The show doesn’t end there.
