BROWNFIELD- Brownfield local Joel Benjamin Kenady was arrested March 7 in Brownfield on E. Cardwell Street on federal charges after being accused of sexual exploitation of a 12-year-old girl from Corpus Christi, according to court records.Homeland Security Investigations conducted a sting operation early that morning at Kenady’s home.
