Starting Monday the hours at the municipal landfill are changing.They won’t change again until early November.City staff switch the hours every year to coincide with Daylight Saving Time (DST).The landfill will be open from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m., Monday through Friday; and from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. every Saturday.DST began March 10 when Americans pushed their clocks back one hour.
