Time will determine how well local FFA and 4-H students did in garnering bids for their animals showcased in this year’s Dawson County Junior Livestock Show.The show, which began with judging Thursday and Friday, ended Saturday with an auction in the Lee Roy Colgan/Women’s Building.At the auction’s end, 55 student competitors earned a little over $100,000 in bids for their prize steers, pigs, lambs and goats.The auction bids aren’t final.
