ANDREWS- An organic peroxide leak, following a Freightliner truck crash last week at an Andrews Loop 1910 intersection, required a HAZMAT crew cleanup effort and roadway closures most of the day, according to authorities.The leakage created a vapor cloud that emitted an odor that could be smelled by residents in Andrews.The accident occurred around 8:15 a.m., Dec. 12 when a Freightliner attempted to turn left onto SE Andrews Loop 1910 from State Hwy. 176.
