In their tenth year, after volleyball made its return out at Klondike, the Cougars were hoping their sixth regional tournament appearance would lead them to a return trip to the state tournament this week at Garland.After winning the first two sets of last Friday afternoon’s regional semi-final match against Bronte, 25-13 and 25-16 at San Angelo, Coach Katie Cruz’s Cougars couldn’t have helped but start feeling pretty good about their chances.
